Björn Olander, Chairman
Björn Olander is a corporate consultant with an educational background in law and economics. He has thirty years of experience as an executive in pharmaceutical products and medical technology, including as a CEO of Länssparbanken Stockholm, Aco Läkemedel AB and Guidor AB. He is currently the chairman of CarbGraft AB, as well as Omnio Healer AB, and is also a board member of Cogmed Systems AB.

Conny Bogentoft
Conny Bogentoft is a pharmacist and has a doctorate in medical chemistry. He has held senior positions in ACO Läkemedel AB, amongst others, and in Astra Hässle AB where he was involved in the development of 70 pharmaceutical products. He is currently the CEO of Karolinska Development AB. Conny Bogentoft is the board chairman of several of Karolinska Development's portfolio companies.

Tor Ny
Tor Ny is a professor of medical chemistry at Umeå University. He has studied chemistry, biology and also microbiology, a subject in which he also has a doctorate. Over a great many years Tor Ny has conducted research into plasminogen, an area in which he now holds a world-leading position. He has also started up a number of companies operating in life science and has a position as CEO of Umeå Biotech Incubator, amongst other positions. Tor is also one of the founders of Omnio Healer AB.
